A bit of the old bubbly is certainly the way to go.

Actually it's not that bad.

Mix it with some Tantakatan (shouchu made from shiso and available anyplace that anything alcoholic is sold) for the new summer drink.

How is it? Any chance you could send me either of the 2008 or new 2009 Shiso flavored beverages? =) The cucumber one came through great last time.
Ill keep an eye out for the Shiso one. I think I saw some on clearance the other day.
